​Berman Property Group, LLC just bought our house.  From beginning to end, the transaction was smooth sailing.  They were super nice and easy to work with.  We had been living in the house during the time and if they needed to send anyone to do appraisals or look into renovation plans, they always called to set times that would work for us. I lived in one of Eric’s properties for a year.  I am active duty military and had a last minute move from the west coast to beautiful Beaufort SC.  Eric made it a seamless move for me and accommodated every need.  Any and all issues with the home were taken care of quickly and communication was easy.  I would recommend him to anyone.  I miss SC but mostly my my little rented home in SC.  I would rent from him again in a heart beat.  All Real Estate agents should take notes.
